Malika Parham Hill

Founder and Executive Director of Trauma Healing Empowerment Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma. Through advocacy, education, and community support, the organization works to create safe spaces where people can heal, grow, and reclaim their voices.

Malika’s passion for trauma informed care comes from her own lived experiences navigating and overcoming adversity. Having personally faced the complex effects of trauma, she understands the barriers many individuals encounter when seeking support, including stigma, lack of resources, and systems that are not always responsive to the needs of survivors. These experiences fueled her commitment to helping others find healing and empowerment.

With a background in case management, recovery support, and community advocacy, Malika has dedicated her career to walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys. She believes that healing happens in community and that every person deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive support.

Through Trauma Healing Empowerment Inc., Malika works to expand awareness of trauma informed practices, connect individuals to resources, and empower survivors to transform their pain into purpose. Her vision is to build stronger, healthier communities where healing, resilience, and hope are possible for everyone.
